Lacan in Scotland aims to flag and provide opportunities for all to engage with Lacanian psychoanalysis and related theories. We run monthly seminars – previously in Edinburgh but now online – where prominent as well as up-and-coming scholars and clinicians from all over the world are invited to present and discuss their work.
We are delighted to announce the following line up for the spring semester 2022.
The seminars continue to take place virtually and on the last Thursday of each month at 8:00pm-9:30pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). They are open to all and free with Eventbrite registration and are followed by an informal virtual pub on the platform ‘Wonder’, where attendees have the chance to continue discussing the seminar or simply socialise. A link to join the Zoom meeting will be available on the ‘Online Event Page’ of your Eventbrite ticket, where you can also find more information about joining the virtual pub.
